End User License Agreement & Community Rules

Last updated: 2 October 2026

One Letter is a quiet social-writing service for adults aged 18 and over. These Terms are the app's End User License Agreement (EULA) and Community Rules. You must actively agree to them before using community features. If you do not agree, do not use those features.

Zero tolerance for abuse

We have zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. This includes harassment, bullying, threats, hate, sexual exploitation, child sexual abuse or exploitation, graphic violence, illegal activity, scams, spam, sharing contact details, and soliciting people off-platform.

Reporting and enforcement

Use the in-app report control to flag a letter, reply, or account. A human moderator reviews each report within 24 hours. When a report confirms a violation, we remove the offending content and ban the account that supplied it from community access. A suspended account can only access the appeal and support paths. You can also block a person or immediately remove a post or conversation from your own view. Blocking and personal hiding do not alter another person's copy.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for what you submit and must not use One Letter to harm, exploit, deceive, or unlawfully contact others. You grant One Letter permission to store, display, and deliver your content only as needed to operate the service, respond to reports, and enforce these terms.
