Child Safety Standards
Last updated: 24 September 2026
One Letter is for adults aged 18 and over and is not intended for children. We prohibit child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and act on reports and other credible safety concerns.
What is not allowed
- Any sexual content involving a minor, including grooming, exploitation, or material that sexualises a child.
- Requests for sexual images, private contact details, or off-platform contact involving a minor.
- Content that facilitates, promotes, or normalises child sexual abuse or exploitation.
Prevention and enforcement
Users can report letters, replies, accounts, and other unsafe content in the app. A human moderator reviews reports within 24 hours. We may remove confirmed violating content, restrict features, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve information required for a safety investigation, and report apparent child sexual abuse material to the relevant authorities or safety organisations when required by law. Users can also block another person.
We do not allow public posting of contact details, pornography, exploitative content, threats, scams, or off-platform solicitation. We also apply automatic safety checks and rate limits to help prevent misuse.
Age requirement
Only people aged 18 or older may create an account or use community features. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 18, we will disable the account and remove associated content, subject to legal or safety-preservation requirements.
Report a concern
Use the in-app reporting tool for the fastest response. For child-safety concerns or questions about these standards, contact qufan688@gmail.com. Do not include passwords, payment information, or one-time sign-in codes.
