Delete your One Letter account

You can permanently delete your One Letter account and the associated letters, replies, blocks, and synced records at any time.

Delete in the app

1. Open My Corner.
2. Choose Delete account.
3. Confirm the deletion.

This is the quickest method. It permanently removes your account and associated data and cannot be undone.

Request deletion without the app

If you cannot access the app, send a deletion request from the email address linked to your One Letter account. Do not include passwords, sign-in links, one-time codes, or payment information.

Request account deletion

In your message, include the email address or sign-in provider linked to the account and state that you want the account deleted. We may ask you to confirm ownership before completing the request.

What deletion removes

We remove your account, letters, replies, blocks, and synced records. We may retain the minimum safety or legal record necessary to address abuse, fraud, or legal obligations.
